Investing in your Future
A good business website is an investment in the future of your firm. Its all about catching the attention of new clients, earning their trust, and securing that next contract.
Details matter! Successful websites tell people who you are, and what you can do for them with efficiency and style.
Great pages mean nothing if they are hard to find. Website navigation should be easy to find, easy to use, and easy on the eyes.
Your website should look great from a variety of access points so that you can reach a wider variety of clients.
A smooth user experience requires pages that load quickly, leading to a dependable impression of your business.
Make the user comfortable while inching them toward checkout. Everything should lead back to what you are selling, with the path to sale crystal clear.
When you have their trust, you have their sale. A strong, memorable site will put you ahead of the competition every time.
Many of the factors that help your website become visible to future clients exist under the hood. You want a slim, quick-loading, product with only relevant features. You want semantically organized code so that your site is accessible to users of all abilities. You want someone with a technical background who can navigate google search console registry and get you guys on the map to a world-wide customer base.
Your site should be entrusted to someone who will tend to all the details of your build from start to finish. This includes Market Research, Brand Development, Content Curation, Interface Design, Graphic Design, Web and Mobile Development, Search Engine Optimization, Server and Domain Logistics, Edits and Adjustments, Updates and Maintenance, Data Analytics, and custom Tailored Marketing Materials so you can send your clients professionally styled buyers-guides like this one. If later on you want to launch an ad campaign through meta, google, or reddit, you will have a professional for that as well. Enjoy all the benefits of an Agency experience within the comfort of one point-of-contact, expertly dedicated to your cause.
Down to the last detail your site should uphold your brand. Developer websites are built from scratch to suit your businesses individual needs. Anything can be changed, adjusted or added until you have a product you are satisfied with. With designer and developer in one: mapping, building, and deploying a new feature can happen in one smooth session, free of hand-offs. You are getting an expert dedicated to revealing your vision.
For premium services an agency will happily charge you $3,000 - $10,000 for basic web design (often template-based with multiple-month delivery windows), and $50-$200 in monthly maintenance fees. As your niece, and a developer just starting out Im only asking a flat rate of $3000 for a live consumer-ready site, ready ASAP, with editing fees of $100/hourly. De bugging, update, and maintenance services are included with your initial flat rate. Billable editing includes things like extra content, post-launch style updates, additional marketing, and once-annual domain and server upkeep. If you want a comprehensive, worry-free experience at a great value: this is the way to go.
I looked into several architecture websites to get a feel on expected features and offerings. Many stood out, but 3 in particular nailed their specific categories:
seamlessly links the information between their portfolio and offered services
Obvious editorial theme throughout
/practice page reads very naturally. /portfolio includes a list view
immersive user experience reflects their bold design style

This site is currently being hosted from my personal domain “dreamers-only,” this is temporary and only for demonstrative purposes. Transferring a site to a new domain takes minutes, as does securing a custom domain for your business.
QR codes are free, safe, and fun! They can easily be printed on business cards/client collectibles or made into a reusable stamp for in-house use.
Email services can be linked to your domain at cost. Most people direct mail through Microsoft 360 or GoogleWorkspace. Typical service fees for these range from 9-30$ monthly depending on the size of your team. A cheap workaround could be to go with an individual plan and run external communications through something like “info@stratasj.com" to avoid the extra costs.
